About Me

When I’m not immersed in the world of business and entrepreneurship, you’ll find me pursuing my other great passions: sports cars and music. As an avid enthusiast, I dive deep into the art of ECU tuning, performance auto parts, and styling upgrades to unlock maximum power, handling, and speed. Follow along as I push my Audi A7 Competition Stage 3 to its limits, striving for faster lap times and record-breaking 1/4 mile results—currently clocking in at an impressive 11.3 seconds.

From thrilling drag races to exhilarating track days, I share my journey of performance upgrades and automotive passion.With over 25 years of experience as a sports nutrition and health food expert, I’ve built a career on transforming opportunities into success stories. I’ve founded and scaled three of the most successful wholesale companies in the health and fitness industry (1999–2013), each culminating in a successful exit. My expertise spans private label manufacturing, sports nutrition, functional foods, and health supplements, as well as fitness coaching in nutrition and training.
